Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

Intrack (“Intrack”, “we”, “us”) operates a privacy-conscious web analytics service. This policy explains what we collect and why. We are built to be compliant with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and the GDPR.

1. What we collect

Intrack is cookielessand does not store cookies on the browsers of your website’s visitors. For analytics we process: page paths, referrer, UTM parameters, approximate country/city (derived from IP, which is not stored in raw form), device type, browser, operating system, and timestamps. For revenue attribution we process purchase amounts and the originating channel of a purchase.

2. Account data

When you create a Intrack account we store your email, name, hashed authentication credentials (via our auth provider), your plan, and billing status. Payment card details are never stored by us — they are handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay.

3. How we use data

We use data to provide the analytics dashboard, attribute revenue to acquisition channels, enforce plan limits, process subscription payments, and provide support. We do not sell your data or your visitors’ data to third parties.

4. Processors we use

Supabase (database, authentication, hosting of data), Vercel (application hosting), and Razorpay (payment processing). Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service.

5. Data retention & your rights

You may export or request deletion of your account data at any time. On account closure we remove your workspace data within a reasonable period. To exercise any data right, contact us at support.ansh@gmail.com.
