Terms of Service

Intrack provides web analytics and revenue attribution. We may update, improve, or change features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

Intrack is offered on a 7-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans (Starter and Growth). Subscriptions are billed via Stripe or Razorpay on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

You may not use Intrack to track without a lawful basis, to collect sensitive personal data in violation of law, to reverse engineer the service, or to disrupt or abuse our infrastructure (including the event ingestion endpoint).

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination your right to use the service ends.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intrack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
