Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Intrack subscriptions operated by Intrack.

1. Free trial

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial and no charge occurs unless you choose to subscribe. You can stop before the trial ends at no cost.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. On cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period; we do not cut off access mid-period. Subscriptions do not auto-renew after cancellation.

3. Refunds

If you were charged in error, or experienced a billing issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review and process eligible refunds to your original payment method. Partial periods already used are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. How to request

Email support.ansh@gmail.com with your account email and the payment reference. Approved refunds are typically returned by our payment processor within 5–7 business days.
